Conrad Walker
Conrad Walker is a seasoned executive and operations strategist with over 15 years of progressive experience spanning the modular construction, cleanroom panel manufacturing, and advanced facility design-build industries. He began his career in construction at the ground level — working on his father’s (residential) job sites long before earning his business degree and rising through the ranks of the modular building industry.
Beginning his career at Panel Built Inc. as hourly labor performing pre-assemblies, pulling orders to ship, and cleaning the surface rust off structural steel in preparation for powder-coating during the post-recession job market, Conrad quickly advanced through marketing, operations, quality, and project management roles by demonstrating a rare mix of technical aptitude and business acumen. His early years forged a deep respect for field execution, craftsmanship, and teamwork — values that continue to define his leadership style today.
As Director/CEO for Dagard USA, the American subsidiary of the international Purever Industries, Conrad was tasked with building the North American business unit for the European-based cleanroom and controlled environment panel manufacturer. Through disciplined financial oversight, data-driven process improvements, and relationship-based business development, he grew the business into one of the group’s most profitable divisions — increasing the annual revenue by 15X and delivering over 500K ft² of GMP cleanroom environments in less than 5 years.
Today at PACE Systems, Conrad leverages his experience as a strategic and entrepreneurial business leader in advanced-facility construction — specializing in the integration of modular building systems, design-build delivery, and GMP-compliant environments for life-science, renewables, and advanced technology clients. Known for bridging the gap between the factory floor, the job site and the boardroom, he brings hands-on credibility, data-driven decision-making, and a culture-first approach to every project. His leadership is defined by measurable improvement, long-term vision, and an unwavering commitment to delivering high-performance environments that advance outcomes for all stakeholders.
